Non-Multiple Dwelling Affidavit (Affidavit in Lieu of Registration), The City Register has revised this form.  It must be executed in connection with transfers of interests in real property located in New York City which do not require registration as a multiple dwelling. This form will not be part of the ACRIS program and will have to be prepared manually.  A copy of the new form can be found on our website: www.abstractsinc.com.  Use of this form will become mandatory within the next few weeks, however we have started using it already.
